Order policy
Orders are confirmed only after design, colour, measurements, price, production timeline and delivery details have been agreed, and payment has been received.
Client care
Clear expectations are part of a considered made-to-order experience. These terms apply unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Orders are confirmed only after design, colour, measurements, price, production timeline and delivery details have been agreed, and payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate measurements. Origho Atelier constructs each garment according to the confirmed figures provided. Please use the guide or request concierge support before submission.
Production slots are secured after cleared payment. Payment instructions and the full amount due are confirmed directly by the atelier before any transaction.
Because each piece is made specifically for its client, confirmed orders are generally final and non-refundable once production begins. Contact the atelier immediately if circumstances change.
If a garment differs materially from the confirmed measurements, notify the atelier promptly with photographs and details. Any adjustment is assessed individually; changes caused by inaccurate client measurements may incur a fee.
Delivery charges and estimates depend on destination. Timelines begin after production is complete. Clients are responsible for accurate delivery information and any applicable international duties.
Information shared for enquiries and orders is used only to communicate, produce, fulfil and support your request. Personal details are not sold. Reference images and client photographs are never published without permission.
By confirming an order, you accept the agreed design, measurements, payment, production and delivery terms. Handmade garments may show subtle variations that reflect individual construction rather than defects.
